- All teams must preregister prior to the start of the captain’s meeting.
- Tournament is limited to 48 teams and registration is handled on a first come, first serve basis. Onsite entries the day of the tournament are accepted if limit hasn’t been reached.
- Ungentlemanly/unladylike conduct will not be tolerated in the lodge or on its property. Any member in violation will be required to leave the property, disqualified from tournament play and forfeit any entry fees or prize money/awards.
- Tournament referees will be officiating using BCA rules, as directed by PMA & MI.
- Tournament play consists of teams (race to 4), doubles (race to 3) and singles (modified elimination).
- All participants must be members in good standing at the start of the tournament and be from the same lodge.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES IS FEBRUARY 7, 2025
Each team must complete the entry form below listing the players in order they will be shooting. Changes to this order accepted until 5:00PM. Captain’s meeting is at 5:30 PM on February 21st. Singles Tournament play starts at 4:00PM on February 21st. If your team cannot make it by 4:00pm, please mark here_____, but must be present by 6:00PM. All Membership cards must be in date at time of play. Tournament play starts at 6:00 PM.
THE ENTRY FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
