Registration Open
It’s that time of year again! The Pennsylvania Moose Association Annual Convention will be held August 12-16, 2026, at the DoubleTree Hotel in Green Tree, PA.
There are a couple of important changes to this year’s registration form:
1. Bypass the Bucket Program
The Bypass the Bucket program is new to the PMA, although it has been successfully used by many other Associations.
An explanation is included on the registration form, but we’d like to familiarize you with the program in advance.
If you choose to make a Bypass the Bucket donation of at least $20, a Moose Charities logo will appear on your convention credentials, allowing you to bypass the Endowment bucket at the door.
You are still welcome to contribute at the door in any amount you wish. However, donations made through the registration form will be sent directly to Moose Charities in your name, and you will receive credit toward the Fraternal Recognition Program requirements.
2. Delegate Status Requirements
Before selecting Delegate status on the registration form, please carefully review the explanation provided.
You must be a properly qualified delegate to vote at the convention. Only individuals who meet the stated requirements should answer “Yes” when indicating Delegate status.
