MID-YEAR CONFERENCE
This year the Pennsylvania Moose Association’s 2023 Annual Convention will be held from August 22-25, 2024, at the Red Lion Hotel in Harrisburg, PA.
The Registration fee is $35 for pre-registration and will increase to $50 after Monday, August 12 and onsite. There is no hospitality fee.
There will only be one hospitality room this Convention. It will be held in the Pennsylvania Ballroom at the Red Lion. Keg Beer will be free and there will be a cash bar for bottle beer and mixed drinks. The Red Lion has agreed to charge prices close to what the Lodges in the area charge for the Cash Bars. There will be gaming, a DJ and a lot of fun things going on in the Ballroom.
NOTE: The Red Lion Bar in the breakfast area will be charging Red Lion’s normal price. There will not be a discount there.
The Agenda will be out shortly. We will be doing training prior to the convention. On Thursday, August 22, we will be holding a Lodge Leadership and WOTM Training class. On Sunday morning we will be holding a Moose Legion Educational Conference Class (MLEC). You must register online for the Training Classes. Link is below.
Friday night will be the 5/25 Club party (Invitation Only) and the theme is 80’s Night!!!
Saturday night will be the PMA Association Cash Bash. Tickets are available now and if you would like to purchase one or sell some, please contact me.
There are three meals being planned on Saturday: The Fellowship Breakfast & Conferral ($30); The Pilgrim Luncheon ($40) and a WOTM Higher Degree Luncheon ($40). You must have the appropriate degrees to sign up for the lunches. The WOTM Higher Degree Luncheon includes anyone holding their Academy of Friendship, Star/Star Recorder or College of Regents.
I have attached a Lodge Registration form but would prefer for everyone to sign up online. Please indicate on the form if you are a Past Governor/Past President (PG/PP) or if a WOTM Past Regent (PR).
PRE-REGISTRATION MUST BE RECEIVED OR POSTMARKED BY AUGUST 12, 2024. AFTER AUGUST 12TH REGISTRATION INCREASES TO $50. THIS INCLUDES ONSITE REGISTRATION. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
