The Deadline for the Last 2 Opportunities to Donate towards the Arthritis Foundation are soon coming to a close! As all should be aware the PMA Moose Arthritis Committee will come to a close on December 31 2024. Very few have sent donations towards Jingle Bell Run and / or General Arthritis Fund and we are asking one final time for all Fraternal Units to STEP UP!

1. The Upcoming Jingle Bell Run being held in Pittsburgh on December 7, 2024 and Philadelphia on December 14, 2024.
2. General Fund Arthritis Donations until December 31, 2024.
3. Fraternal units of the Moose contributing $250-$499 will be awarded a certificate of appreciation and recognition. Fraternal Units contributing $500 or above will receive a special award and recognition. The top Fraternal Unit will be honored with an exclusive reward. The top contributors for the 2024 calendar year will be revealed at Mid-Year 2025.
4. Lastly the top Fraternal Unit and the Fraternal Units raising $500 or above will be revealed at MID Year 2025 with a Final Closeout Report from the Arthritis Committee.
Jingle Bell Run and General Fund Donations at any point of the year towards the Arthritis Foundation are gladly accepted. Send checks Payable to The Arthritis Foundation in memo line put which Arthritis Event it is for Jingle Bell Run or General Fund Arthritis Donation etc. and Mail Checks to: Bob Kaminske PMA Secretary 190 Masterson Road Oil City, PA 16301.

On March 11, The Pennsylvania Moose Association presented the Arthritis Foundation in Pittsburgh with a check in the amount of $35,000 for their fundraising in 2015! Raising over $250,895 since 2002, under Arthritis Chairman Donald Zechman, Jr, this was their largest fundraising year, ever! What an amazing job!! We aren’t just helping the millions of people with arthritis to live better; we’re charting the course to a cure.
