2020 Virtual State Conventions|
2020 Association Convention is going to be held as a virtual meeting due to the COVID-19 restrictions currently in place |
in Pennsylvania. All business will be conducted in two sessions on Saturday, August 22. The Association will be using its
Zoom platform to stream the convention proceedings online. Additionally, we be utilizing an online voting platform to allow qualified delegates to vote on matters and reports that require approval of the Association membership.
Because of the condensed nature of this year's convention, many reports will not be presented orally.
A page is being created on the PMA website to which a number of reports will be uploaded for members to read.
They will be sorted into blocks, with each block being voted on separately.
A favorable vote for a block of reports will approve each report included in that block.
The Association will be following Moose International's lead in asking that any qualified delegates who wish to have voting privileges register and pay a $10.00 registration fee. The link to the registration form is here:
Registration for Voting Participants.
Please provide all requested information and pay the registration fee by credit card. Any registration fees paid previously will be refunded by Association check.
The following individuals are qualified to register for voting privileges:
